What is STAA?
The Specialty Travel Agents Association (STAA) is a premier association and a valuable resource for travel professionals involved in specialty travel. STAA works to develop and promote agent members who have specialized in a destination or niche market. We are committed to creating consumer awareness and interest in specialty travel, but also in helping consumers discover the benefits of using travel specialists. Many consumers are not aware of these agents and the level of service that they provide or where to find them. STAA provides consumers with an easy way to connect with these professional agents.

How is STAA different?
STAA actively promotes and markets member agents to consumers through a variety of established marketing methods. We work to get agents noticed and help them get the exposure they deserve. Our website and comprehensive specialty agent search has been designed to help expand our members' business. STAA is not a lead based service. Consumers can view agent profiles and travel listings and then make a selection based on their needs. Never before has there been one convenient location for consumers to find and access specialty agents throughout the industry.
